Did Helly Hansen ever make tents?

My dad is lending me a tent and I'm pretty sure the name on it is Helly Hansen, I haven't seen it in a few years or more, Anyhow it is missing the poles for the rain fly and before I go through the trouble of trying to cut poles from an old tent to fit this one I was going to see if I could buy them from the company. There website however has no information on like replacement parts, and nothing comes up when I search either. Is it possible that another company was making the tents in cooperation with Helly Hansen? The tent is probably at least 10 years old.
