I think I just got myself in BIG trouble! Please help?

Okay, so the most popular girl in school, Kayla, got this jacket from Helly Hansen, and its the same as this North Face just $10 more, and I wanted the North Face but my mom said no. So she just said to get the Helly Hansen. Kayla got hers in white for her birthday, and white looks really cute, so I got white.

The next day I try to avoid her so she won't see, but I have 3 periods with her, so kinda impossible to not avoid her!

And then, I say that we have the same jacket, and she smiles and says Oh yeah ha ha cool!

But it seemed fake, and like a couple seconds later I heard her say "She got the same jacket as me." To some people next to her, but I'm just so nervous about what will happen soon...my friend Josie told me that it was a stupid thing to do, "Cause when she'll *****, she'll ***** more than she did that time with Kylie" (I'm not going to get into that story)

But the point is, what do I do if she starts like being mean to me or something just cause of a JACKET?

She can be be really mean, and since she's popular that means that she'll talk crap about me with all the other popular people :(I think I just got myself in BIG trouble! Please help?
You got what you wanted with your money oh well ;and if she don't like it then so what let her buy herself another jacket why should you be worried about what she thinks; her money didn't buy your jacket; as for the other popular kids just tell them that she's jealous that's why she is doing all the talking

dude who gives a crap... as long as your happy with it, don't let them get to you and theyll leave you alone about it. IF you act wimpy, they will have a reason to try to pick on you.



For example, if they start bein mean, and tellin you wy u got that jacket, then just be like because it i like it... don't listen to bull crap opinions when the only opinion that matters is yours.

geez that sounds crazy and i hope that your popular girl isn't as much as a B$%%26amp;h as you make her out to be where she will go out to make you look like something bad all because of a jacket......really there isn't much i think you should have to do or even should do... really if she is upset of you having the same jacket as her then she sees you as Competition. HELL take her place......
well first, just because your popular doesn't mean you gossip or talk crap about "less popular" people. how do I know this? because I'm friends with some really nice popular people. so maybe one of the popular crowds wouldn't really care for talking bad about people and you'll be safe. but it's just a jacket so wear it when you want to and don't be afraid of the other girl, if you show your afraid of her she's going to freaking crush you with any chance she has. and just say someone gave it to you and you don't want to be mean and not wear it.

first of all: it doesn't matter what other people think about you. you have friends and in the end, that'ss all that's ever going to matter.

second of all: she's just one person, there's tons of other people who will accept you even if you buy the same clothes as them.

third: you shouldn't get stressed, what is the worst she's going to do? talk about you.

fourth: ITS A SWEATER! there's more than 1 sweater in the world! and anyways, she won't wear it everyday!
