okay so im getting my haircut on thursday and i dont no what to get done? help me please...my hair is longer than this picture now but i want to keep the length.... any ideas?

just add a lot of layers..short layers and shape it up.Any ideas on my hair?
Well, you already have a fringe so why don't you get some layers going in the front.

cut them full layers but tell her not to shorten the length..

and you can do bangs from front if you really want..
