Invisible mend a puffa jacket?

Hi all,



Got a helly hansen puffa jacket which i really like and sadly today caught arm on a metal area of gf's handbag causing a 1.5cm tear on the lower arm.I dont want to throw it away as its in excellent condition but im wondering what options i have if any to have it repaired?Is it possible to do an invisible mend on waterproof materials ?

yeah take it to a professional its amazing what a good job they can do on it. I had a skirt repaired which was ripped and it was an invisible repair still have the skirt now.

that happened to me and i stuck a piece of duct tape in the inside and closed it up by that- it's a cheap alternativeInvisible mend a puffa jacket?
Not sure about puffa jackets but a few years ago i ripped my leather jacket right down the middle and i thought that was it, but took it to a repair shop and they unstiched the lining and repaired it. It was a little bit noticeable but not much to be honest and it only cost like 12 quid to repair. You could try a leather shop like i did or speak to a seamtress, its always worth checking out, and 1.5cm aint that big a tear. Good luck.
