Yeah, they're both pretty good, but bear in mind they haven't got hoods so the water's going to come in through the top anyway. Obviously the HH one is far better quality, and a bit warmer too, but in terms of waterproofness both are good. However, remember that nothing is truly waterproof, and if it rains enough, you will get wet eventually.
